Logi is a voice-first AI assistant designed to provide technical and business intelligence with a focus on efficiency and privacy. This policy outlines how your data is handled between the Logi mobile app and our secure backend.
Our Privacy Promise: Logi is built with no third-party trackers and no advertisements. Your health, business, and personal data are never sold.
1. Voice & Audio Data
To provide a "Push-to-Talk" and "Auto Mode" experience, Logi processes audio as follows:
- Microphone Access: With your permission, the app records audio during your interactions.
- Temporary Storage: Audio is saved as a temporary WAV file on your device and is deleted immediately after it is uploaded for processing.
- Transmission: Encrypted audio is sent to
logi.promptbox.cn for transcription and AI response generation.
2. Local Data Storage ("On-Device")
Certain data remains under your control on your physical device via local storage:
- Local Notes: Notes created or managed by the AI are stored locally. You can add, update, list, or delete these at any time.
- Long-Term Memory (LTM): A personalized memory string is stored on your device to help the AI remember context across conversations.
- Authentication: Your login email and auth code are stored locally to keep you signed in.
3. Data Sent to the Backend
To generate AI responses, the following data is sent to our secure server:
- Voice recordings or text prompts entered in keyboard mode.
- Current local notes and your Long-Term Memory string (to provide context).
- Client timezone data (via cookies) to ensure time-relevant responses.
4. Authentication & Access
Logi uses email-based authentication. We validate your email and auth code through our backend to establish a secure session. Access may be restricted to specific domains (e.g., @analogixsemi.com) or demo accounts.
5. User-Initiated Actions
- Copying Data: When you use the "Copy" function, conversation text is moved to your device clipboard.
- Exporting Files: You may choose to export assistant-generated text or CSV reports directly to your device's Files app.
